Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»¡¯s culinary competition successfully showcased talented young chefs among the Central Region schools in KL and Selangor. A total of 17 schools with 54 shortlisted participants participated in this Grand Finale competition. Congratulations to the winners and all aspiring chefs!
The world¡¯s #1 tower runner Soh Wai Ching was at Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» University again on 4 March 2023 at Block G, Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» University KL Campus! And this time, with a bigger crowd to join the race.
The National Young Chef¡¯s Challenge was organised by Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» University¡¯s Faculty of Hospitality, Tourism, and Management with the support from the Gastronomy Association of Malaysia and World Association Masterchef. The theme for this event is to create a vegan dish, where participants get the chance to shine and showcase their culinary skills to create vegan-based cuisine.
