Biography
Inchin is a Culinary Arts tutor in the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» University Sarawak Campus. He completed his diploma in Culinary Arts at Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» University. He has over 24 years of industrial culinary experience from international hotels and chain restaurants in Malaysia. His culinary fortes are Italian cuisine and Western cuisine. He is also a member of the Kuching Chefs Association.
