Joseph is a Lecturer for the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» University. Previously, he held the position of Head of Department of Culinary Arts, Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» University Sarawak. He has more than 14 years' experience in the Education and Hospitality industry. He has also been appointed as a National Expert in the Food and Hospitality filed by the Department of Skill, under the Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia.
