The Centre for Business Informatics and Industrial Management (CBIIM) was established in March 2024. Its purpose aligned with Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» University¡¯s vision of becoming a leading private research institution that fosters excellence in knowledge dissemination, skills development and holistic growth for national development. Under the leadership of its founding director, Distinguished Prof Dr Ooi Keng Boon - an eminent researcher in Industrial Management and Information Systems - CBIIM is dedicated to creating an ideal environment for academic staff, researchers, industry experts and postgraduate students. The Centre offers comprehensive support and resources to advance ongoing research in their respective fields.
The Centre will focus on business informatics and industrial management, aiming to cultivate research excellence while expanding its scope to encompass broader research priorities. Committed to achieving distinction in both research and consultancy, the Centre strives for national and international recognition on both regional and global platforms. It will promote a vibrant research culture within the Graduate Business School at Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» University by providing grants and support for academic staff and graduate students.
