Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ students attend insightful marketing talk


KUALA LUMPUR: The Marketing Student Association (MaSa) - under Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ University's Faculty of Business and Information Science (FOBIS) - recently organised a talk titled, "Marketing Talk Series 1: Branding". 

The talk was conducted by Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ Extension Business Operations manager Mr Sunny Chuan and Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ Extension CEO Mr Stephen Cornelius. 

Through this event, students were able to learn and gain better understanding of branding strategies and concepts deployed by various firms. 

They were also able to garner real-life industry experience through the numerous insightful activities that were organised by Mr Chuan and Mr Cornelius. These include informational activities on the invention of branding in the marketplace and the role of branding, to name a few. 

During the session, students were also given opportunities to craft a product and apply the concepts of branding to the product.
