30 AugÂ鶹´«Ã½Ó³» Collaborates with Pavilion Bukit Jalil on National Day Celebration
KUALA LUMPUR: In celebration of Malaysia's 67th National Day, Pavilion Bukit Jalil, in partnership with Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» Group and KB Colour Image, proudly presents the "Jiwa Merdeka: Wayang Kulit by Moonlight" festival exhibition.
This exhibition features 670 intricately hand-coloured and crafted paper shadow puppets, all created by students.
It is now open at the main entrance staircase of the centre court in Pavilion Bukit Jalil and will run until Malaysia Day.
The event is the result of a collaborative effort by 670 students from Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» Child Development Centre (CDC), Sri Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» School, Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» International School, Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» College and Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» University.
Through these traditional shadow puppetry artworks, the exhibition showcases Malaysia's unique cultural heritage.
Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» head of events, Asst Prof Ts Lim Boon Leong, highlighted that the event aims to preserve and pass down this ancient form of entertainment, deeply rooted in Malaysia's traditional society, to the younger generation.

The public is invited to visit Pavilion Bukit Jalil during the National Day festivities to view the exhibition, which is open for free.
