As key personal for the company success to deliver our hotel products; facilities and services to customers. The Sales Executive is a multifaceted role who will execute the business development of hotel Products; Facilities and Services plans ¨C including delivering an effective messaging & communication to the customers and selling to them to meet the company sales target. You¡¯ll be actively meeting prospective and existing customers, building channel partners, sharing and selling our products; facilities and services while listening and analysing their feedback for continuous improvement


Responsibilities

  • Support Sales Manager in developing a strategic sales plan that will bring the hotel products; facilities and services to every companies in the targeted segments for their usage.
  • Be a Sales Ambassador of Le Quadri Kuala Lumpur by speaking and present (Selling) our products; facilities and services to external audiences. Building awareness of our products; facilities and services and successfully sell to them.
  • Work with Sales Manager and marketing department to develop messaging to promote in various platform that differentiates our products; facilities and services from what¡¯s in the market; bring products awareness to the targeted market in the shorter term and nationwide in a longer term.
  • To contribute and jointly develop sales collateral with marketing department that are punchy, memorable with high impact to the targeted audience that will reap the maximum sales results.
  • Sell and build a customer database that will use our hotel products; facilities and services to achieve company sales target. This include cold calling; presentation and giving them tour of our hotel.
  • Build and managing channel partnership by bringing the values of our hotel products; facilities and services to them and their clients.
  • Keeping abreast by constantly collect, research and analyse market and competitor offerings to ensure the competitiveness our products; facilities and services offering.
  • To update and present weekly sales forecast and pipeline reporting. Plan and share action plan to take to meet sale target of the month, quarter and year.
  • To attend special sales promotion or marketing activities organized by the hotel.
  • Work closely with Operations and F&Bs department to build and implement customers¡¯ relationship management plan to ensure customers satisfaction and bring the user experience to the highest ¡®Unbelievable¡¯ customer excellence level.
  • To work with Sales Manager/Director of Sales and Marketing to manage and set pricing guidelines.
  • To ensure Corporate Accounts Receivables (AR) and Collection are done timely. 


Requirements

 

  • Diploma/Bachelor¡¯s Degree in Business Studies/Management/Sales/Marketing Experience
  • A minimum 3 years working experience in a Sales or Sales Operations / Coordination / Sales Management
  • Experience in Hotel and Hospitality sales will be an added advantage.
