Responsibilities

 

  1. Provides strategic leadership and technical, operational, financial and managerial leadership for successful implementation of projects/ group renovation.
  2. Makes sure projects/ group renovation are aligned with overall strategic goals and objectives of the organization and, if not, revises plan to make them so.
  3. Ensure pre-project process (including inviting & interviewing tenders) to post-project process (all costing is accurate) are properly carry out.
  4. Oversees all projects/ group renovation implementation related to project management, including monitoring and reporting, financials transactions, execution of project plans and performance.
  5. Selects and manages the training of project teams, assigning clear roles and responsibilities, providing effective supervision and managing performance.
  6. Ensures projects/ group renovation deliver specified results and meet quality expectations.
  7. Implementation of QA/ QC to all projects / group renovation to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
  8. Creates and manages projects/ group renovation budgets.
  9. Coordinate with all consultants on valued engineering and cost management.
  10. Variation Order (V.O.) is properly checked and evaluated for cost effectiveness.
  11. Regularly updates clients, stakeholders and executives with reports on the progress and performance of projects/ group renovation.
  12. Identify and mitigate project risk to avoid delays and cost overruns.
  13. Follow all regulations related to projects/ group renovation and ensure they are in compliance.
  14. Develop , manage and strengthen the relationship with the regulatory bodies and authorities.
  15. Guides individual project managers across a portfolio of projects/ group renovation.
  16. To perform any other duties relating to the above as may be assigned by your superior from time to time.


Requirements

  • Advanced degree preferred in a relevant field from an accredited university
  • Project management certification preferred
  • At least 10 years of experience in a leadership position managing more than one project
  • Experience managing, designing, implementing and evaluating multiple projects
  • Technical proficiency with industry software and project management software
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, management and communication skills
  • Strong oral and written skills
