- AO will reply?to?your?email within 3 working days and copied?your respective department?for the advice on arrangement of the?English Placement Test (EPT)/ Semester Course selection once the fees is cleared.
- For those required to take the CETE Class, CFL will email the student on the arrangement of the EPT Test
- For those who are exempted from English requirement, HOD will email the student on the Y-Table for course selection.
- Meet with the Head of Department/ Head of Programme to obtain Study Plan and Y-Table, for the list of courses to be selected in the semester.

- If the latest selected course(s) timetable is updated. Check IIS Activities;
