Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» Club Day ¨C 19 January 2022
Students can pursue their extracurricular interests and hobbies on campus during Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» Club Day. Returning and current students have many clubs available for new members and be absolutely spoilt for choice. Some of the many clubs are Society of Petroleum Engineers, Japanese Cultural Society, Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» Kendo Club, Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» University Chinese Cultural Society (CCS), Gourmet Club Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³», Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» Adventure Club, Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» UniYouth Club, Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» Basketball Club and Bursa Young Investor Club (BYIC).
Vetiver Planting Project ¨C 12 February 2022
Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» students took part in a Green Up Project to plant Vetiver seedlings which provide erosion control while preventing surface water runoff along the Sungai Langat river at Hulu Langat, Selangor. The project consisted of 11 students and 2 lecturers from the Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» Department of Civil Engineering and Youth Beyond Boundaries: Green Up Project to propagate enough seedlings to help mitigate flash floods.
Hostel Festive Season Celebration: Tang Yuan Workshop ¨C 19 February 2022
Hostel Residents staying within the Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» University campus enjoyed a taste of Tang Yuan dumplings during a weekend event. The Tang Yuan Workshop was organised by the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management under its Festive Season Celebration workshop.
The workshop is a series of initiatives that encourages students to share their campus experience while meeting other fellow students at the hostel.
Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» Youth Film Festival ¨C 30 March 2022 ¨C 1 April 2022
The 3-day film festival was organised by Mass Communication Project students of January 2022 intake, encapsulates the four main themes related to films namely, The Future of Documentary Makers Forum, Movie Night Master Class, The Screen Masters, and Film Fanatic webinar. The film festival aims to inspire audiences to raise awareness of films and appreciate the fine art of filmmaking.
