Responsibilities

Student Enrolment (Sales)

  • To drive and meet the student enrolment targets assigned for each term and a Key Performance Index of 120 students within the employment contract for the respective school within the campus.
  • To provide course counseling to prospective students and parents and ensure accurate information is presented to them. 
  • To conduct a minimum number of follow-ups on enrolment leads as prescribed via phone, email, and messaging on daily basis, particularly during the peak student recruitment period.
  • To follow up and assist in student admission and enrolment process.
  • To participate in education fairs, student recruitment activities, and marketing events as assigned.
  • To follow up consistently and effectively on all student leads from point of inquiry to enrolment.

 

Student Recruitment Management

  • To support the Manager in leading and managing the team of marketing staff
  • To achieve overall student enrolment target per intake at minimum growth rate of 20% per intake or as specified by management.
  • To spearhead digital, SMS and telemarketing campaign during recruitment period.
  • To spearhead the business development for present and new projects.
  • To continuously identify and diversify new student recruitment sources and market niches in order to meet enrolment target.
  • To seek new recruitment agents and ensure excellent service and support given to agents.

 

Marketing Communication Management

Print & Digital Advertising

  • To work with the Group Corporate Affairs and Principals on the corporate and tactical advertising campaign creative and media plans.
  • Maximize advertising budget by ensuring that the School¡¯s creative message and media activities are consistent.
  • To Review the School¡¯s market segmentation and other appropriate marketing reports to ensure that the media scheduling matches those segments.
  • To monitor and maintain media schedules as well as prompt settlement of invoices.
  • To manage the A&P spending and budget.
  • To ensure advertisement targets are met in terms of lead gen and sales conversion.

 

Events

  • To plan, organise & coordinate all open days, education fairs, previews and marketing events.
  • To ensure event targets are met in terms of turnout, lead gen and sales conversion.

 

 Website and Social Media 

  • To ensure timely and accurate website updates on information and promotions.
  • To develop and implement the School¡¯s social media strategies by increasing leads/ traffics/fan base with interactive activities.
  • To work with Group Corporate Affairs to develop website content and make continual enhancements to improve SEO results

 

 Collaterals

  • To coordinate and execute the production of printed materials (brochures, banners, buntings, leaflets, etc), with the assistance of Group Corporate Affairs.
  • To ensure best-priced quotations and raise purchase requisitions for all production and printing-related services.
  • To supervise and budget for quality gift items as appropriate.  Ensure correct usage of the school¡¯s logo on gift items as stipulated in the corporate ID manual.
  • To produce sales enablement tools such as demo videos, presentations, and webinars.
  • To monitor and track inventory of all marketing collaterals.

 

Others

Budget

  • To oversee Marcom¡¯s budget and track expenses for Schools Group to ensure cost effectiveness and ROI.
  • To be able to anticipate project needs, discern work priorities, and meet deadlines with little supervision, and be willing to work occasional evenings.
  • To carry out such other duties as may be required by the Manager.

 

Services and Administrative

  • To conduct market survey and prepare market analysis quarterly.
  • To maintain process and operational efficiency of the department as well as keeping the team motivated.
  • To ensure all the marketing reports are complete on a timely manner.
  • To ensure sufficient resources to cope with the internal and external activities.

 

Development

  • To assist in the development projects and programmes of activities undertaken by the Marketing such as:
    • The implementation of customer care survey / feedback.
    • Any other projects that may arise from time to time.
  • To carry out such other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by the person acting on behalf of Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ Schools Group.


Requirements

  • Bachelor¡¯s degree in any field.
  • Minimum 4 years relevant working experience.
  • Highly performance driven and result oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Pro-active and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as participate within the team.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, possess a mature attitude and a good team player.
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and abilities.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Flexible and willing to take on occasional responsibilities outside standard duties and responsibilities.
  • Willing to travel and work on weekends during peak season.
  • Possesses strong command of English.
  • Preferably fluent in Bahasa and a form of Chinese or another language
