You may check in to the Residential Hall on or after the tenancy start date / check-in date; and check out not later than 12pm on the next day of the tenancy end date / check-out date. Full semester rental fee and RM1,000 / RM2,000 (rental deposit) will be charged for late check-in and early check-out according to the semester tenancy.

Tenancy Duration: 1 Jan 2018 ¨C 27 Apr 2018
Check-in Date: 1 Jan 2018
Check-Out Date: 27 Apr 2018 or 28 Apr 2018, before 12pm

No. You may refer to the Le Quadri Hotel (Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ Block E) for a temporary accommodation should you arrive before the tenancy start date / check-in date or extend your stay after the tenancy end date / check-out date.

No. The rental fee is based on the semester tenancy and it is not refunded after check-in.

All rooms are provided with:
A wardrobe, a study desk & chair, a bed, a mattress, and an air-conditioner.
Students must provide their own bedsheet and use the bedsheet for the mattress at all time (bedsheet is not provided by the University).
Air-conditioners in Residential Hall Block D will be turned on from 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. & 12 a.m. to 6 a.m.
 
The rental rate includes:
  • Water and Electricity
  • Wireless Internet Access
  • 24-Hour security

Your check-in times are as follows:

  • Monday to Friday: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm; Saturdays: 9.00 am to 1.00 pm (except on Public Holidays)
  • For other times (Sundays, Public Holidays or any time outside the range given above), students will have to make a request to check in 1 week in advance.

Your check-out times are as follows:
On check-out date / tenancy end date: 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The next day of check-out date: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m

Pets and animals of any kind (including fish) are strictly not allowed in the residence halls.
Any form of cooking in the rooms is strictly prohibited, except for the apartment unit at Block E Residential Hall with the condition that no naked flame is used.
